The new prototype parts are in assembly has started.

Assembly of a new prototype is not as simple as just putting the parts together.  We play very close attention how parts fit and operate.  If something isn’t right, it can take days of trouble-shooting.  This is more than just fixing the immediate issue but involves finding the root cause, then fixing the immediate issue, the root cause and ensuring the solution works for manufacturing.

Unfortunately some parts were missing or wrong.  The springs for each screen were not shipped.  We had to wind our own springs (not easy).  Below is the spring for the Dell Canvas.

So far things are going well.
