Hello,
Why can’t the stand adjust up so that the screen is higher? It is not ergonomic at all when being used as a regular monitor. I have the cintiq 27 and it’s too low. I have the 30 spacer that came with my stand. I don’t think a 50 spacer will be enough as that’s only 20cm more. It needs to go up multiple inches so I’m not looking down all the time. Is there a way to pull the screen up higher? I am just not sure this will work for my workflow.
Just typing my response now. I have double 50 x 50 tested and ready to go.
Here’s the Huion 27 screen with the double stacked spacers.
Are you ready to try out the prototype yourself?
Email info@xoot.pro, I’ll set you up.
oops, I noticed I used the wrong email address above. I’ve corrected the email address.

Thanks for your quick attention and willingness to find a solution. I really appreciate it and it shows how much you care about your product and your customers. Right now my eyeline is coming only 9cm from the top of the Cintiq 27 screen. It should come more into the middle, which would be maybe another 10cm higher than the current configuration, which is with the spacer that was included in the Xoot Pro stand box. Perhaps we could do a little less. I am not sure what size that is, so let me know what you think would work best. I used to have a monitor stand but with the clamp in the back, that’s no longer a possibility.
Hi @Admin, Doesn’t seem like I’ve received a response? Please advise.
See above.
Here’s the plan for adding a stacker plate.
I’ve made the Staker Plate (CNC cut plastic, for strength), Stacker Guide (3D printed). They seem to fit well.
However, I had to order the M6-Threaded Rod and M6-Barrel Nuts. They should get in near the end of the week.
Once they get in, I’ll be able to test how will this arrangement works. More to come.

P.S.
I don’t anticipate people ordering this setup that often. My plan is to make Stacker kits on an “as needed” basis. The M6 threaded rods will need to custom cut depending on the spacers that are combined.
Hello, “disappointed”
Would you have an idea of the spacers you would like to combine?
There is an untested solution. It involves double stacking spacers. I have not reviled this solution because I have not tested it, and it involves making some custom length screws. However, the XOOT_Pro design was intentionally made to accommodate this feature. Hold on for a bit. I’ll do some testing this weekend and post my findings here.
For a second alternate solution:
Using a keyboard tray has the effect of raising your display’s height, (Keyboard trays only work well, if your desk’s height is adjustable). Your work surface height (keyboard height) should a product of your torso and chair height, your elbows are close to 90 degrees of bend at typing level. The height difference between the keyboard tray the back desk is the elevated height.
Look for and updated post next week.
Yes, let’s do it.
