Is the Xoot supposed to pass power along to my Cintiq 27 pro? The xoot itself works, but my Cintiq is unresponsive unless I replace the in-arm, yellow-tipped power cord with the brick, ac cord and yellow-tipped power cord supplied by Wacom.

Hello Joseph,
From what I’m reading it seems, you verified that plugging the power supply directly into the Cintiq Pro 27 Screen works. However, if the power is applied via the cable running through the XOOT_Pro, the screen will not power up.
Is this correct?

Just sent you a new Power Cable and Uploaded a video on how to Replace a Cable.

Yes. The Cintiq (mounted on the Xoot) works fine if I power it from the Wacom-supplied power cord. If I try to power it from the in-arm, Xoot power cord, the Cintiq is non-responsive. The Xoot, itself, is receiving power because the touch strips operate the braking system and they toggle off all the Xoot-related red LEDs when I touch the strips.
