Studio Snapshots
Do you like your XOOT_Pro arm and want to help us tell the world about it? We’ve created a page where you can share a snapshot of your studio setup.
Fans have been writing in telling us how well they like their XOOT_Pro arms. Then one fan also sent a picture of it in their studio. That got us thinking… We asked if we could post the picture and a quote on our website. From there, we just started adding to it.

The idea here is to make this simple. Just take a quick snapshot of your working setup and add a comment.
It’s also a great resource for ideas, on how to set up your workspace with a XOOT_Pro.
New Video on Screen Height Adjustment
We’ve been making a series of videos on the “Usage and Customization”. Our latest video covers how the screen height can be customized for your XOOT_Pro.
Upcoming Video “XOOT_Pro DIY”
We’ve started a new video about ways to customize a XOOT_Pro with DIY parts. Topics will be:
- Custom Side Pannels: Stickers and 3D printing.
- Web Cam Holder: 3D Printing
- (?) How to place pads under the Grip Feet for desks with a soft wood top.
Things bogged down in the pads portion of video. The idea is that soft pads will reduce the possibility of scratching your desktop when sliding the XOOT_Pro base around. We don’t want to make recommendations that have not been tested. So, we’re building a testing machine to check how different pads work with different desk surfaces. There will be a lot more to come on this.
Post Auction Wrap-Up
The XOOT Scratch and Dent Auction went well. I’m surprised how well everything worked. (A Big Thanks to Mohemad, our web developer who got it all tested and working without any big issues!)
We’ve gotten a lot of thanks for having the auction and allowing people to get an imperfect XOOT_Pro at a reduced price.
Unfortunately, There’s no planned date for a future auction.
