Requests seem to come in streaks.  This month, there were two requests to support older Pen Displays.  The first was the Cintiq 24 HD and the next was the Dell Canvas 27.

I managed to make a Kit for the Cintiq 24 HD (see below).  

I’ve designed parts to support the Dell Canvas 27.  However, the artist who wants to test it is in Australia.  If things don’t work as expected, it’s too far away to send parts back.

So, if there is a US-based artist on the mailing list who might want a XOOT_Pro for a Dell Canvas 27 let me know.  I’m happy to work out a special price for being the first customer.

New Kit For the Cintiq 24 HD

The OG of pen displays!  An order went by with a whole bunch of odd parts not normally ordered together.  So I asked why and the artist told me they were trying attach a Cintiq 24 HD.  

This is something I had tried once before and thought it would be too complicated.   I looked at the problem again and found a new way to make things work.  It involves using a XOOT_Pro Cintq 27 qhd Kit with a modified mounting plate from the MT11 Kit.  So I made the parts, but I did not have a screen on hand to test with.

So it was the artist that ended up trying it out and getting the kit to work.  

The Kit is not out yet, but it should be up on the website by the end of next week.
