Do you have international shipping?

Our current geography of “Normal Operations” is North America.  This means our “Free Shipping” and the XOOT warranty and repair territory.

“Free Shipping” means that we’ll cover up to $50 USD in shipping costs of a XOOT_Pro arm; if the shipping cost goes above this amount, the customer must cover the difference.

 

We do ship outside North America.

Here is how it works:

  • Send us an email to:  info@xoot.pro,
  • Title it: “Request for shipping quote”
  • Include your shipping address and the arm that you are interested in.

Well, get a quote for the least expensive shipping rate (Via shippers that we trust).  We deduct an additional $50 USD, (similar to Free Shipping above).  Then we’ll send you a quote.

If you want to move forward, we’ll send you a link to a purchase page on with a pre-populated cart.  When you pay the bill the unit will be sent to you.

Shipping does not include any duties or taxes.  Once the shipment clears customs in your country, the shipper will contact you with additional for taxes and tariffs before final delivery.

Note, this is outside our the XOOT Warranty zone.  If a problem arises, we’ll do our best to work with you but shipping to support Warranty issues is not covered.
